Who we are and our role
Applix Inc. is based at 1449 S Michigan Ave, STE 13044, Chicago, IL, USA. Applix Solutions Private Limited is based in Hyderabad, India. For personal information collected through our mobile apps and connected devices, we are the controller: we decide how and why it is used, and this policy applies directly.
Information we collect

Each app asks only for the information and permissions it needs. Our apps do not use advertising cookies or similar tracking technologies.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Use of artificial intelligence
Some of our apps offer optional features that use artificial intelligence (AI). Before you first use such a feature, the app asks for your permission. These features use third-party AI model providers. We send them only the data needed for each request, and under their commercial terms they do not use it to train their models.
AI output can be incomplete or wrong, so please review it before you rely on it. You can turn these features off at any time in the app. Our Privacy Policy describes the principles that apply to all AI at Applix.
International transfers
We operate in the United States and India, and our service providers may process information in other countries. When personal information is transferred out of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another region with transfer rules, we use safeguards recognized by law, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as your account is open and as needed to provide our apps. When you delete your account, we delete your information within a limited period, unless we must keep some of it to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
Your choices and deleting your account
You can manage app permissions, such as location, camera, photos and notifications, at any time in your device settings. You can turn off optional AI features in the app.
You can delete your account at any time from the account screen in the app, or by emailing info@applix.ai.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the EU and UK GDPR, India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and US state privacy laws, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. If you withdraw consent, we stop that processing from then on. If a feature depends on your consent, we may no longer be able to provide it. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
To make a request, email info@applix.ai. We may need to verify your identity. We respond within one month, or sooner if the law requires. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We protect personal information with technical and organizational measures, including encryption, access controls, logging and staff training. No system is completely secure. We also have processes to detect and respond to incidents, and we notify users and authorities of personal data breaches as the law requires.
Children
Our apps are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We review this policy at least once a year. We will post any changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If a change is significant, we will tell you directly.
