Meet mOS.

One operating system for the whole plant. mOS connects the people, machines and data on the floor, reconciles systems that update out of step, and runs every line toward Triple Zero.

[ARCHITECTURE]

Four layers, one operating system.

  1. 01Specialized AgentsA handful of agents trained on one specific problem, such as a safety review, a configuration rule or a disposition, sitting on top of everything below.
  2. 02Interoperable Shared AgentsThe reasoning every specialized agent borrows: finding the right record, deciding what to do next, calling the system that does it, and checking the answer before it leaves.
  3. 03mOS OntologyWhat a station is, what a lot is, and what it means for a lot to have run on a station. The floor's own vocabulary, written where a system can read it. One live context. Agents and people read and write one ontology. When updates arrive out of step, mOS arbitrates between them, so everyone works from the same current version of the plant, and every rule applies to every agent at once.
  4. 04Integration & OrchestrationThe historian, the PLCs, the MES and the ERP already on the floor. A deployment starts by connecting to them, not by replacing them.
[BUILT FOR THE FACTORY]

Forward-deployed by our engineers, connected to the systems already there, secured from the first connection.

[INTEGRATION]

Connect to the systems of record, not around them.

mOS reads from and writes back to the systems that already own the truth. Nothing is migrated to make mOS work, because a migration is a reason for the project to fail before it delivers anything.

[SECURITY]

Least privilege, stated as a default.

Access is scoped to the role, the site and the asset, and every action mOS takes is attributable to a person or a policy. The audit trail is not a feature that was added; it is how the ontology records events in the first place.

[DEPLOYMENT]

On-premise, your cloud, or both.

Where mOS runs is your decision, usually shaped by the plant network, the latency a use case needs, and a policy written before anyone had heard of us. All three are supported without a different product.
