The website is run by Applix Inc. (“Applix”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to the website only.

If your organization uses the Applix Manufacturing OS (“mOS”) or our services, that use is governed by your organization’s agreement with Applix, not by these terms.

Use the website for lawful purposes and in a way that respects others. In particular, do not:

• try to gain unauthorized access to the website or to any system or data connected to it;
• disrupt the website or introduce malware or other harmful code;
• copy or collect content by automated means, other than through standard search engines; or
• use the website to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.

The content on the website, including text, images, logos and the Applix name, belongs to Applix or the people who licensed it to us. You are welcome to view and print pages for your own information or for your organization’s internal use. For anything else, please ask us first in writing.

If you contact us through the website or by email, we handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send us confidential information this way. If you share ideas or feedback, we may use them freely and owe you nothing for them.

Some pages link to websites run by others. We do not control those websites, and we are not responsible for what they contain or how they work.

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” for general information and is not professional advice. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that the website will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful code.

To the extent the law allows, Applix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date. If you keep using the website after that, the updated terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes relating to the website will be heard by the courts located in Illinois, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
